The 60-Day Comfort Guarantee

Every ComfyKind order is covered by our 60-Day Comfort Guarantee. Wear the spacers, follow the Foot Reset Protocol or do not - if your days are not easier within 60 days of delivery, we refund your order in full.

How it works

Email us at support@comfykind.com within 60 days of your delivery date and include your order number. No return shipping is required - the spacers are a personal-use hygiene product, so we do not ask you to mail anything back. You keep the Foot Reset Protocol and all digital guides either way. Refunds go to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

What is covered

The full purchase price of your bundle, at any tier. Shipping Protection ($2.99) is refunded together with a covered order.

Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged, does not arrive, or is not what you ordered, email us and we will reship or refund at your choice, regardless of the 60-day window. If you purchased Shipping Protection, replacement is automatic and immediate.
